Role Summary

Job Title: E-Commerce Data Analyst Coordinator

Department: E-Commerce

Reports to: E-Commerce Manager

The key role of the E-Commerce Data Analyst Coordinator is to work within the Digital department supporting the E-Commerce Manager in the delivery of the core business strategy for OnePlace, Data Plus and any other digital platforms within the teams remit. The person fulfilling the role would enjoy working within a team that has multiple projects running with the ability to independently set daily goals to complete the wider E-Commerce objectives.

Job Summary

  • Support the testing of developments on OnePlace and other digital systems in the E-Commerce team
  • Support the onboarding of members and supplier on to the digital systems
  • Demonstrate and promote the digital platforms to members and suppliers
  • Support they key account management of members and suppliers on OnePlace
  • Analyse and report on data from OnePlace and other digital systems within the NMBS environment
  • Work with all departments to enable a more data driven approach across the whole business
  • Maintain all reporting and provide feedback on the data analysed
  • Work with supplier and members to interact, keep up-to-date, and download product data
  • Integrate data streams to understand and highlight trends in the NMBS data
  • Support the digital team by responding to raised tickets
  • Work independently and as part of a team on key departmental projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with other departments within the business to increase exposure of the digital platforms to the NMBS community
  • Support the E-Commerce Manager as required
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate in conjunction with this role

Performance Standards

  • Preferably educated to graduate level/similar qualification or qualified by experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoints and Outlook
  • Proficient in E-Commerce systems & platforms
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet necessary deadlines and initiatives
  • The ability to function independent of supervision and be a good decision-maker
  • The ability to demonstrate planning and organisational skills
