I joined NMBS in 2023. My role involves allocating members’ payments, assisting them with accounts queries, and getting updates on overdue balances.

In addition, I help carry out bank uploads and have trained and supported newer members of the team.

At weekends I enjoy playing football and supporting my hometown team, Leicester City.

I also enjoy cooking, photography, and being out in the countryside.
