Hilton Banks Group, the family-owned company behind the HB42^® brand of adhesives, fillers, sealants and coatings has announced the acquisition of Flag Paints Ltd, a renowned specialist paint manufacturer based in Burnham on Crouch, Essex.

Flag Paints, established in 1939, has built a strong reputation for manufacturing high-quality paints, coatings, and surface finishes for various industries, including marine, decorative, and industrial sectors.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Hilton Banks’ expansion and commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers. The acquisition will enable Hilton Banks to leverage Flag Paints’ extensive research and development and manufacturing capabilities.
